Intimacy and contraception.

Log intimacy in two taps: protected, not protected or not sure, with a time if you like. Add the contraception you use and the day you started it.

  • Only you see what you log here. It is never part of what your partner sees.
  • With a hormonal method, Today's curve becomes a reference and the Calendar leaves out the mid-cycle estimate.
  • Condom, pill, mini pill, IUD, implant, injection, ring, patch or something else.

More symptoms, gentle notes.

A wider list of symptoms makes your check-in more like your real day. When your logs show a pattern worth mentioning to a doctor, a calm note says so, and you can hide it for the cycle.

  • For example: your cycle length has varied by more than 9 days across your last cycles.
  • From what you logged. Never a diagnosis.
  • Check in with several feelings at once.
Today in OurCycle with a gentle note: your cycle length has varied by more than 9 days across your last cycles, worth mentioning to your doctor.

Every stage of your life.

Choose your life stage in Settings, and Today changes with you. Only you see it, and you can change it whenever life does.

  • Trying to conceive

LH tests, basal temperature and intimacy come first, with what you logged this cycle. Never a guess about your chances.

  • Pregnancy

Your week, with a small note for each one from week 4. Period predictions pause while you are pregnant.

Perimenopause, your transition. In a later update

  • Hot flashes logged in one tap (Warm, Sweaty or Had to stop) on Today, on your Apple Watch, with Siri, or from Quick Settings on Android
  • Last night: in the morning, OurCycle asks about night sweats, because no watch or ring can feel them
  • Your week and your month, measured against you, not an average
  • Cycle patterns often seen in the menopause transition, next to your own cycles. Never a diagnosis
  • Possible patterns, from your own days only: what may be linked to your hot flashes and nights
  • A perimenopause section in your report for your doctor, with your bleeding pattern, weekly numbers and questions
  • Private to you: your partner sees none of it unless you send something yourself

Pregnancy notes are not health advice. Your midwife or doctor knows your pregnancy best.

Medication, and a report for your doctor.

Keep your medications in one list with gentle reminders, and see today's doses at a glance. Before an appointment, make a clear PDF of your cycles, symptoms and logs.

  • Choose the time span, and whether your name is on it.
  • Cycle history, averages and variability, symptoms and pain, temperatures, LH tests and medications.
  • Intimacy is left out unless you turn it on.
  • It stays on your phone until you share it. Personal records, not a diagnosis.
